❓ What is ActionDoll?

ActionDoll is a unique gift item where you are the action figure! We create a realistic, hand-painted, 3D-printed figure of you or your loved ones, with personalized accessories, in spectacular blister packaging.

❓ How is the figure made?

We model the figure based on your uploaded photo using AI, then:

- We produce it with 3D printing in our own Budapest workshop.

- Every piece is hand-painted.

- The packaging is also custom-made with printed cardboard and a blister pack.

❓ What kind of photo should I upload?

The more detailed, the better!

Recommended:

A full-body photo from the front with good lighting.

A serious or characteristic facial expression.

If you want a specific outfit/accessory, that can be included too.

❓ What size is the figure?

We make them in the classic 1:12 scale (approx. 14–15 cm tall) to fit the standard for collectible action figures.

❓ What accessories can accompany the figure?

The accessories are fully customizable, but examples include:

Bag, sunglasses, watch, phone, laptop, model car, pet, tools, book, microphone, DJ deck, etc.

❓ How long does it take for my order to be completed?

Production time is usually 10–14 business days, as every piece is made individually by hand. During special periods (holidays), this may take longer.

❓ How much does a figure cost?

You can find the current prices on the product page. The price includes:

Printing and painting

Accessories

Blister packaging

❓ What payment methods are available?

Currently, credit card payment is available in our online store, which you can process through a secure online payment system. It is fast, convenient, and allows for an immediate order.

❓ Is cash on delivery available?

Cash on delivery is not available, as every figure is made entirely based on a custom order. We only begin production once payment has been received. Thank you for your understanding!

❓ How much is shipping?

The shipping fee is 990 - 1990 HUF within Hungary. For orders over 25,000 HUF, we provide free shipping. We also undertake shipping within the EU upon prior arrangement.

❓ What if I am not satisfied?

Every figure is made individually based on your uploaded photo, so it is non-refundable – but we coordinate every order with a preview. If an error occurs, we will naturally fix it.
